How can I contact you for projects?

You can certainly contact our team using any of the following ways:

  • You can send us an email which will be responded to promptly or
  • You can put a call through to us using the numbers on this website or better still
  • You can contact us through any of our social media platforms

How do I know that my job will be done?

We hold our clients in high esteem and so, every project brought to us is logged in after documenting all the necessary details with regards to the issues and your contact recorded as well, then a ticket number will be given to you; your job will then be allocated to the available team member/engineer as the case may be.

What is your refund policy?

If we have already started working on your project and you change your mind for any reason, we can only refund 50% of the deposit you paid but If your project is more than half way through completion, there will be no refund.

What is your payment policy?

Before our team can start working on your project, we will require a 50% deposit of the quote given to you up front. We’ll accept payments by bank transfer only. Any cheque issued to us will have to clear in our account before we commence your project. The 50% balance will have to be paid as cleared funds in our account before your project is delivered.

Can you visit our office to resolve issues?

Yes we have engineers that visits organisation and company offices or homes to fix various types of IT problems that you have contacted us with. This can only be done when it has been ascertained that it is the only possible resolution to your case.


Yes we do only if we are hosting your website that we have designed for you. If you have another hosting provider, you will have to figure out having an official email account (with your domain name) with them.

When will my project be ready?

Project varies and so we will advice that you contact us to speak to a member of the team for your specific project but for web design, it normally should take 14 working days from the day you made your advance payment. It could be less or more depending also on the type of website, the number of pages, how soon you respond to our requests and how soon you can provide the contents for the website. Speak to us.

Do you fix mobile phones?

No is the quick and honest answer to that but soon we are signing a contract with a partner who will be solving issues with mobile phones; we can still go ahead to resolve mobile phone issues for you.
